Faces of the Peace
Charlie Parslow, Bridge Across the Peace
12" x 8", Two Plate Linocut on Japanese paper, CAN$300.00 - Available for Sale
Strung along the Peace River are critical crossing points that connect communities to each other. Each bridge has a unique 'face' and can be easily recognized from images by people who have spent time by the river. This print captures the essence of Fall - leaves are in the last stages of capturing sunlight and rose hips are waiting to be plucked by the large flocks of waxwings that will surely descend on them before winter is over.
